Despite all the odds it's Safestyle, a clear winner! (Safestyle UK)

Advantages: Economical, quality, great fitting, no hassle!

Disadvantages: Stopped looking now, but none so far!

Well, I was in fear and trepidation of our choice to go with Safestyle for our windows and doors after getting some quotes and making the decision before I came across this review centre. The reviews made me quake and I seriously considered cancelling the order.
Fortunately, my wife had a little more faith and...the fitting day approached, looming like an impending visit to the dentist.
The two fitters we had were friendly, quick with the job, thorough, courteous, professional and reassuring. I was put at my ease within a very short time of their starting and was amazed at how well and how quickly they got on with the job. My wife was...'see, told you so!'
I had 3 front windows and one front door fitted, with 3 back windows and a back door. The job was done, the guys left the place tidy, none of my plants were damaged (!) and my wife checked it all to make sure she was happy before sigining off. I still felt sure that I'd get home that evening to find something not right - but no! Not a thing wrong. It was an excellent job. Again, she was...'Stop looking for it, you won't find anything wrong - stop worrying.'
Within 2 days though, I thought I'd found what I was looking for when one of the downstairs windows wouldn't close properly. Aha! The reviews were right after all. But it was up to my wife to phone them and put it right - after all, she persuaded me to go ahead with this! Our query was handled courteously and an engineer booked to come and have a look. This was within 48 hours. In the meantime, I'd found out why it wouldn't close and had manually adjusted the problem. Trouble is - I couldn't get it to do it again! Damn! Sure enough, the engineer came out promptly and despite the lack of a fault to fix, tightened some screws and reassured us it probably wouldn't happen again, but if it did, they'd be straight out.
All in all, I have to say well done Safestyle. I'm thoroughly chuffed with my new windows and doors and the service I received in having them fitted, along with my non-existent problem!
The only gripe I had about the whole thing was the way they sell them. Why do they insist on such transparent sales tactics when it keeps getting exposed time and again on the TV. Still, I'm glad it didn't put us off getting them, and see....I knew it would be all right all along!!

Summary: Experiences may differ, but mine was fab!
