Had a quote a the wekend which appeared very good value. Thought with it being a national company we couldn't go wrong. Had a look at the reviews on this site and a few others. I then contacted our local branch to cancel a visit by their surveyor - they were very argumentitive, rude, un-professional, gave me masses of B*LLSH*T why they were the best and dissing any reviews. They acted like a child trying to hold onto a sweety, but this sweety was the business I was taking away. They totally supported all of the negative points that have been made in these reviews. Stay well clear, we almost made a massive mistake
