We were introduced by Safestyle by a rep who knocked at our door. Prior to that I had never heard of them. After cancelling 3 appointments, due to our busy schedule, the rep called round a week after the first phone call. We didnt find the sales rep pushy and in fact he only stayed about 2 hours and we also found him quite informative. We did not experience any of the hard sales read in some of the reviews. After their initial quote, we had 2 other quotes which were cheaper than Safestyle and in the end they matched the quotes making a reduction of £1800. We had 7 windows and french doors. Only two critiscisms is that the fitters were supposed to arrive between 8am and 10am, but they arrived at around 1pm in the afternoon. They didnt finish them that day, but managed to fit all the windows and the door. They had to come back the next day to complete the outside. The other critiscism is that outside is a little messy but I will say they finished it in the extremely heavy rain conditions. The fitters worked quickly and cleared up completely after themselves. They insisted I looked at all the windows, and were not offended if I brought anything to their attention and really cared about my opinion of their work. They were friendly and polite. The customer service staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful. We have read some of the horror stories, and it's only been a week since the fitting but we would recommend Safestyle - they did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the work they did.
