Disadvantages: Poor workmanship, rude, messy, unhelpful.

What a nightmare. Some of this may seem trivial, but the whole experience is stressing our family out massively: The workmen arrived 45mins late, no apology, no introductions. They then proceeded to fit 5 upstairs windows, including altering masonry, in just over 3hours, making one hell of a mess of our house. They had not put dust sheets down. They demanded (not asked for) tea and coffee, and filled in the customer satisfaction form for my wife to sign, then stood over her while she signed it. Fair enough, you could argue she shouldn't have signed it, but if you are on your own ni the house with your young children and three unfriendly window fitters, wouldn't you feel just a bit intimidated? The after sales manager was just as bad, with quotes like "I'm always right" and "are you a window fitter sir?", we just feel like we're on a hiding to nothing. The windows leak, are not sealed, are missing keys, one is lose on the tilt setting, the plastering work is rubbis, the window sill ares uneven and roughly sawn rather than chamfered edges. Incidentally, we had the Birmingham team, so I reckon the whole thing is franchised and we got a bunch of knuckleheads. Apparently, the Gloucester team are much better (not that there is any way of getting in touch with them).
I could go on, but you get the idea.

Summary: DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR SAFESTYLE, NO MATTER WHAT.
