Safestyle stood me up for two appointments so I thought that I was making a mistake by giving them the job. I decided to take the risk because they were so much cheaper than my other quotes. The job was finnished today and I have had no problems.The sales technique was so textbook I could hardly keep a straight face. Like other reviewers i ordered the cheaper externally beaded windows and recieved internally beaded windows. I really don't believe that the externally beaded windows exist. The fitting has gone very well but I found the office staff hard to deal with. They talk to you like they're trying to rip you off.

Summary: cheap but bad reputation gives you a month of sleepness nights between ordering and fitting

You are correct the externally beaded window samples are just a sales ploy, they are not made or sold by Safestyle. However I'm afraid if you had got some more quotes you would have found that Safestyle are dearer by far than the best prices available from many smaller independent companies. Safestyle can be the dearest or the the cheapest National company depending on your haggling skills. I know as I used to work for them and my review on them spills the beans.
