Oh my god! What a load of Cowboys! If first impressions are anything to go by then my mind was made up within the first 5 seconds. NO WAY and DON'T BOTHER. For a start the salesman didn't even introduce himself he just barged straight passed me through the front door and sat down in the lounge! He then spent 20 minutes talking about cricket and wouldn't let us get a word it edgeways. He then went on for 60 minutes about his 'amazing best windows on the market' Despite telling him we only wanted 1 window and a front door he kept asking how many we wanted - 1 window and 1 door you dickhead! He then quoted us £3097.24 for 1 window which was only for a small one in the cellar and a front door - Oh really I don't think so. Is it made from Gold?! When we reminded him that we had told him when he arrived that we were getting 3 quotes and would not sign anything tonight he got really nasty and accused us of calling him a liar and that we wouldn't get it any cheaper. He then said he wouldn't ever come back if we did't sign tonight because it wasn't worth his while - oh well never mind because I don't ever want safestyle in my home ever again. I had to tell him to leave and be very forceful to get him back out of my front door. Don't bother. Shit customer service, shit sales and shit prices. If you do invite these twats into your home then expect the hard sell - big time.

Summary: Don't bother. Get a real double glazing company
