Advantages: On time, amazing price, competent fitters, good quality

I had been holding off replacing 16 year old wooden double glazing for about 2 years as I couldn't face the trauma of cheezy salesmen in my house for hours on end. In May I rang SafeStyle for a quote so I could get an idea of rough costs as I would be approaching two other companies.

Much to my surprise the chap arrived dead on time, was clear, if a bit long winded and offered me a price I thought too good to be true. I said no, he left disappointed and I spoke to some friends who had had their windows replaced recently. The upshot was I phoned the company back the next day and accepted the offer.

Surveyor arrived the next week by appointment and on time. No hassle very pleasant guy who accurately measured up and left with the signed contract.

Company rang a couple of days later and we agreed a installation date. The blokes arrived in two vans (dead on time) as I had ordered thirteen windows, two doors and a patio door. Job was done within 6 hours and they left the house clean and with no remaining mess.

The final point is that you pay them the whole amount upon completion: you're not happy about anything them don't pay them until any problems are rectified. I have been very impressed by the quality and fit of their products.

Perhaps I've been lucky but I would recommend them.

Summary: Definitely worth approaching this company if you want a good deal and good quality windows or doors
