Advantages: This time I can think of none

Disadvantages: Poor finish and poor customer service

Our new porch looks great. We bought it to match the windows we were so happy with. Unfortunately safestyle have been unable to supply screws that match the locking plates and we snag our clothes on them. We have had many men out to fix them since March. You would have thought screws to match the plates that sit flush with thhe plate would be easy for a company like safestyle, but not so.
We have had difficulty with the door lock, too. One man said that if I wanted my porch to lock and unlock I would have to put up with a draught from the one inch gap at the bottom.! So much for double glazing.
Three of the men who have been out have left the company, telling Safestyle we were satisfied. We are not.
The quality of the doors is not in question. The finish and the customer service is not as it used to be.
We went to Safestyle because we were so pleased with them in the past. It is a shame they have let us down so badly now.
The windows we have are excellent, and the service we had a few years ago was great, bit I do not recommend the French Doors because of the poor finish. If you need customer service, the staff are helpful on the phone, but there is no follow up. Email works better. There also seems to be a big turnover of staff.

Summary: Standards not what we expected. After sales service very poor.
