SAFE STYLE UK----HORRIBLE UNSAFE & NO STYLE UK !!
We have had and are still having the worst time of our life with this company.I am almost at the stage of depression.We had some windows fitted....which are bowed in the middle...they took our old Bay Windows out without props...as a result the whole top Bay almost fell out.We have an old cottage style...and they have the nerve to tell us it is our fault for buying an OLD PROPERTY!!.
The windows are of a terrible quality and we had the Dimond range fitted.They ripped out our old orignal windows and left the place in a mess ,with my baby who is a todler.We refused to pay them till it was sorted out.They came back and only made it 10 time worse.
Now they have sent us a letter that they are taking us to court......Be my guest!!
Please ,if anyone says they have had a good exp.with safestyle....they either work for them,or dont know a thing about customer service!!
I actually hate this company and would pray for trading standards to shut them down.How do their emploies actually sleep at night knowing that the company they work for is ripping people off their hard earned money.

Summary: Please dont get fooled with their buy 1 window and get 10 free....nothing is free.
