ok, so i dont normally write reviews, but thought i would redress the balance a bit.

firstly, its quite obvious that they employsales tactics. i knew they were doing it throughout, but went ahead regardless. in the absence of recommendations, its hardto know who to go for. anyway, after reading some online reviews i was pretty nervous, but they came and fitted it all in a day, and did a very good job, friendly, and left no mess or damage

i would recommend them, though my one lingering doubt is that i might have paid over the odds. £4500 for 10 windows, inclulding £1000 'building works' as i have two bay windows

Summary: dont be put off by all the negative reviews - often people who have had a bad experience compla
