In september last year i signed a contract for my diamond range windows,the salesman was a plonker,but i did like the product.The surveyor came a few days later much to his disqust and mine all the windows were measured wrond and some even fire hazards!At this point we started to worry what company we were with,and then after a few harrassing phone calls from them,we read the contract and decided to cancel.All is not what its seems,so say they never recieved my cancellation form ,sadly i did not send it recorded.Im now going to court for windows i havent had,i have been bullied,threatened ,i have had to get police advice to stop them coming on our property,even solicitors bill£350,to stop ourselves being harrassed.I could go on but be warned people of this company i have a terrified elderly mum,a disabled son and 2 other childern ,this is the most awfol experience we have ever had!
