Safestyle UK - what a joke!!
I have spoken to this company 3 times about getting a quote from them (a simpe enough request you might think..) but NO, on two occasions the salesman did not turn up, with no phonecall to explain.
On the 3rd occasion finally a smarmy salesman turned up, who then proceeded to bullsh*t about 'company policy'. The 'company policy' in question basically means that their salesman is not able to leave a quote in the hands of a householder in the absence of their partner which I find completely ridiculous and is obviously a warning to me that they will basically try to cajole and/or bully into a purchase on the same day as as giving a quotation.
I find it hard to believe that they could/would not provide me with a simple quote.
Upon telephoning the company to place my complaint I was pushed from pillar to post and eventually told 'that there is nobody to deal with that sort of complaint' and that I would have to do so in writing. What a joke.
I cannot believe that such a large company has such poor operating quality and standards. I can safely say I will NOT be using Safestyle UK to provide my double glazing.
SAFESTYLE UK PROVIDE POOR SERVICE AND I DEFINATELY RECEIVED A STARK WARNING NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
