Advantages: Well organised service - survey, scaffolding and fitting

Disadvantages: Exhausting adversarial sales technique

This company must be franchised and the service you get seems to vary, reading the different reviews. We had a salesman in to get a quote and I was adamant I wasn't going to commit that day. (Keep saying 'no' and the price comes down and down. Wait till he phones his boss - twice.) In the end we agreed a price and I lost sleep worrying about what we were going to get. (I suspect there is only 'top-of-the-range'). The sales technique does not inspire confidence. We had all our 12 windows and 3 doors replaced last week and we are delighted. They look great, are well fitted and we are happy with the price (no extra charge for scaffolding) Fitters arrived at 7.30 from Gloucester and were done by 2.30. A bit of mess, litter and unavoidable dust to clear up, but not too bad. What a relief!
