Really bad sales tactics. (Safestyle UK)

I agree with the experiences of sales team that others have mentioned down to the exact details. This must mean that they are trained to act this way.
Do not invite them in your home and if you do expect a very hard sell! The guy who came to our house seemed to be having a huff on our sofa because I said we couldn't possibly sign today even though we had been straight about this from the start.

Never except the first quote offered as they will half it strait away if you say no.

They use lots of tricks and made me feel very uncomfortable, and in the wrong for not buying. It takes over an hour and there main sales tactics are slagging off the competition - rubbishing their own products so that you buy the more expensive ones - I am not convinced the 12 month price is true as the salesman left no paper work at all - making out that windows are really expensive 20% of the value of your home apparently then beating this with a cheap quote.

Summary: Don't let them round to give you a quote!
