I agree with the other reviews with regard to the sales tactics being atrocious. Just like another company I allowed into my house a few years ago, they start with a high price, then bring it down when you say it is too high.

In my case the salesman seemed okay to begin with, then right at the end got angry because I would not agree to order there and then. That was after being promised a no obligation quotation valid for 12 months by the other person that had come to the door earlier in the day. The leaflet I was given earlier in the day also said this was on offer and was what I was interested in. I did not want to be pressured into making a decision on the spot. On leaving the salesman swore saying "You're a f*****g time waster. You don't want any windows. I've just travelled 40 miles for this." I do not appreciate anyone coming and swearing at me in my own home. Disgusting. In the end it was this company that was wasting MY time. Do not use this company.
