This is the next installment of "Competitive but too Brutal" about 3 reviews previously.
We had the surveyor round, who was very efficient. We enquired about the payment sceme, and it turns out that all the rep had said was actually true and we could pay off the balance after 12 months...in fact according to the finance company, we could pay it all off after 6 months if we liked, with a special arrangement and a refund of the extra interest we would have paid over that extra 6 months. It has confused me, but the husband is on top of it thankfully. I was all for dropping out and paying cash!
This is really an interesting and informative site, and I have just learned from the review around two back (since I put my last review in) that it is worthwhile getting pre-procedure photos as evidence in case they bodge it up! Also someone hs marked my review as useful which is comforting, as I thought I was rather going on a bit :-)
I will keep all informed as we go through the procedure. Next stage is fitting on 23/24th July........................
