As a new customer of Safe Style all I can say do not believe the statement
as follows. Safestyle UK is committed to exceeding both industry standards and customer expectations as a supplier and installer of quality PVCu replacement windows and doors.

I have just been told today that they fit what comes from the suppliers and therefore can do nothing about a how a customer feels is a shoddy design of French doors. They swing wildly in any breeze and the so called 'restrainers' fitted as 'standard' are totally inadequate and do not restrain the heavy doors. This worried us on a health and safety issue more than the fact we daren't have the door open. What use are doors that you are scared about having open!!! Apart from this the original salesman assured my husband, a skilled engineer by trade, that the restraints he would like fitted would be. The doors ARE NOT fitted with the restraints we wanted and Safe Style says they can do nothing about it. The customer service lady even tried to suggest it was my fault for leaving the doors open that they swung too and fro!!!!
It seems that once the windows/doors are fitted unless there is a fault (even then you have to book 2 weeks in advance and have a time suggested between 8 a.m and 6 p.m) to have anything done. If you're like us and work for a living this is very difficult and Saturdays are like gold dust with Safe style. What happended to accomodating the customer.
We were badly mislead by this firm.
