Have just experienced this company first hand and I am staggerred at what I observed
Salesman fed us a series of total lies about the industry, council increasing Council tax on energy ineffiecnt houses, all their competitors.

Prices were a total joke - BOGOF offer is nonsense - the prices are just doubled to start with - hard sell and haggeling brought the price down to just 25% of the initial offer - won't leave a quote - the whole process is just designed to get you to sign on the day. Disgraceful approach they are just ripping off their customers for whatever they can get.

Product is probably ok - quite good even but the whole sales approach is so unethical it should be illegal. If you work for this company in sales then shame on you - you might as well just come back when the customers are out and break in to the house and steal what you can because I can see very little difference in this and the sales con you are pulling day in day out

If you own this company and are reading this the have the courage to stand up and be counted with your competition - sell the product and leave a quote - if you are any good - half as good as you say you are then you will get the busness anyway - legitimatley and without the psycological sales which pray on the vunerable.

Use a local company and always get 3 quotes - NEVER EVER sign on the day
