I have recently had a new door supplied and fitted by Safestyle Windows. Due to the excellent service I received from the company I wrote a letter to them thanking them for their work and level of service. I received a wonderful reply from their Marketing Director who said the it was very nice to receive praise from a customer and that I may want to share my comments with other people via this website, hence my following comments.

Last summer my family and I moved house, the front door on our new property was a'Stable Door' design which was excellent for my wife as she could let our young son play in the gardens whilst watching him from the Kitchen, but unfortunately the door was rotting and needed replacing and I decided to get some quotes. The first 2 companies I rang explained that the did not supply double glazed upvc stable doors and that I would be unable to get one from anywhere but that they could offer me an excellent deal on a normal UPVC door. I then saw a Safestyle commerial on TV and gave them a ring, the gentlman at the call centre was extremely courteous and polite and listened patiently whilst I explained my predicament. He said that they would be able to supply and fit a UPVC stable door and arranged for a representative to visit my wife and I at a time and date suitable for us. The representative showed us designs of various doors and stable design doors, he also explained the full safety features of all their products, he was also able to match the patterned glass in the door we chose with the other glass on our property. The price we were quoted was also much lower than I had expected and he explained exactly how he had calculated the price including the 55% discount we were entitled to which had been advertised on TV.
The following day Safestyle called to ask if we were happy with the service received from the salesman and to arrange for a surveyor to come to our property (within a few days).
Again the service f
rom the surveyor was excellent and after his visit we were called by Safestyle to ask if we were happy with the surveyor and to arrange for our door to be fitted.
Our door was fitted in less than a week by 3 of Safestyle's glaziers, their work could have been hindered by my 3 year old son asking them various questions, but they were very professional and took it in turns at listening to my son regaling them with stories of Spiderman and The Green Goblin!!
Whilst the 3 chaps were at the property Safestyle rang to ask if they had arrived, placed dust sheets around their work area and that we were happy with the work they were undertaking.
After the work was completed Safestyle rang again to ensure we were happy with the product, service and workmen and also to arrange for a surveyor to inspect the work that had been done.
I have nothing but praise for the level of service, the product and the attitude of staff at Safestyle and only wish that more companies could follow their lead.
