Further to a letter i wrote to Safestyle thanking them for the excellent service i had recently received they informed me about this website allowing me to share my personal experience with this company.

Towards the end of last year my house was broken into, the thieves came in through an old patio window, smashing it to pieces. This obviousley needed replacing very quickly as a wooden board is not exactly the best in security. They fully understood my predicament and sent someone round that evening. Having already had some quotes to replace the old patio door (it was some way down the list of home improvements we were planning to make) i was very surprised to receive a quote which was the best value for money i'd had from other similar companies to replace with a French door. The surveyor also explained the extra safety features which could be put on the French doors, toughened safety glass, extra locks etc... - this was an obvious concern given the recent events.

Within a week of the burglary Safestyles fitters arrived on Saturday morning (on time), this was again very useful as we both work full time. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently without making any mess, or many cups of tea! During the work i had a call from Safestyle head office to make sure they had turned up on time and were not making any mess. When they had finished the work they talked me through all the work which had been carried out and asked me fill in a quick questionaire to make sure i was happy with everything. A couple of days later i received another call from the head office to make sure i was 100% happy after i'd lived with the work for a few days.

I would recommend Safestyle UK to anyone who requires any kind of double glazing, infact i've just arranged to have them fit some replacment double glazing to the rest of our house.
