I ordered my new doors and windows in June this year and read the reviews on this site shortly after. I must admit that I thought I?d let myself in for a complete nightmare but was very pleasantly suprised. After reading so many negative reports, I felt I had to share my positive experience.

I?ll start at the beginning?..

The salesman was very professional and visited at a time convenient to me. He explained all about the multi-locking features and the fact that the windows can only be removed from the inside which stops people removing the glass unit and looting your house. We were given a good quote with the token 55% off, the windows were ordered and were promised for the 26th July (4 weeks from ordering) and this is when they were fitted. Infact, they asked if they could fit them a day early which was fine by me.

A truly profession job, the lads arrived on time both days, only stopped for lunch, and despite being one man down, finished the job within the two days as promised. The windows look fantastic and I love my new stable door in the kitchen. There was no damage to my house at all, they didn?t even crack the bathroom tiles that go up to the window frame eventhough I mentioned that we had spares if it did happen. I put a number of dust sheets down but they also brought their own, I was well prepare after hearing of various suites and carpets that had been ruined.

We only had one problem with a faulty unit in one of the bay windows. We mentioned this to one of the fitters and he phoned Safestyle to order a new one. The new unit has since been fitted and now I am more than 100% happy. I found the after-sales to be very helpful and they answered all of my queries.

I feel truly sorry for those of you who had poor experiences. Maybe I?m one of the lucky ones but I won?t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
