we had safestyle rep visit us on 11/10/03,everything went great with rep.signed the aggreament,was told by rep that a surveyer would come out on 15/10/03.the surveyer turned up ,measured all the windows @doors etc; the installation date was fixed for 19/11/03.so my husband and myself got everything prepared for that date.took curtain tracks ,rails etc down.the day of installation came i booked two days off work. i was up at 07.00am waiting for them , at 11.00am still no fitters so i phoned them on 01274842777 i spoke to a man told him i was supposed to have my windows fitted that day.he told me he would phone back. my husband came home at dinner time to see how the windows were going on(he was gob smacked)so he got on the phone to the same no, the same man answered it my husband ask where were the fitters????.he said hed ring back.after about 30mins my husband then phoned back really annoyed and he said to the man just forget it but i want the money i paid you up front back.to this my husband put the phone down really annoyed.later that day around 17.00pm my husband then phoned them again for an explanation of why the didnt turn up after putting him on hold for about 15mins the same man who always answers the phone(nigel whitley)from bradford kindly answered (well we could not be bothered to come out} to this my husband said a firm like yours supposed to be the top ten double glazing companies and you do that to good paying people.my husband asked about the money we payed up front, they said they will send it us back. I FEEL MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF WERE LEFT SITTING NO PHONE CALL OFF THEM SO BE AWARE THE CUSTOMERS DONT COUNT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUBBISH SO IF I WAS LOOKING FOR DOUBLE GLAZING I.D KEEP AWAY FROM SAFESTYLE
