Advantages: windows are nice, came on time

Disadvantages: workmanship bad, mess is bad, customer service nil

KEEP WELL CLEAR,they are the worst company ever.
We had them in sales guy says 5 days to do the work as sas box windows had to be removed and two doors fitted.Asked if use own men and replied yes we only use our own not subcontractors.Day came and they were removed and fitted in one day,By subcontractors you might think that was good but the mess was terrible the windows were too small for holes they packed them and filled holes with silicon sealant.No cemant was used just dabbed bits of frame with foem filler!!.you have never seen such a mess.they left and it is colder in the house than before the drafts are terrible,the gabs are terrible around the windows.rang them and emailed i dont know how many times spoke to area managers and still no further forward!!.worst £7000.00 ever spent

the new advert is rather annoying, about sitting in draughts, you need safestyle. I've got more draughts now I have double glazing, thanks to safestyle.

I know these people do 'hard sell' but did you hear about the couple in the paper who were virtually held a prisoner by a Safestyle salesman who threatened to kill them and 'slice off her breasts' if they didnt sign!! Funnily enough the company say that this person doesnt work for them..................... .

I wouldn't let them in the house anyway, as my mother in law got harrassed by them on the phone even after she had double glazing installed.
