Having read many of the reviews on site, i thought i would add my own comments. I recently had Safestyle windows and doors fitted throughout my house (15 windows, 2 doors) and i have to say that the service provided before, during and after my purchase/installation has so far been impressive. Neither myself nor partner have had any of the worrying problems detailed in other peoples comments. The sales rep was clean, polite and intelligent. He proved informative and competant. The deal offered was fantastic (£12,000 from weatherseal, £11,800 from anglian and £8900 from safestyle - who were believe me less pressurising than anglian whom we asked to leave 5 hours into his 'presentation')

The only problem upon fitting was picked up when advised by the rep to scrutinise their work thoroughly BEFORE the fitters left. yucky silica mess on outside between wall and window frame. The fitters returned 2 days later and made good the external brickwork. The finish of the workmanship is now well up to standard, the product is without fault and is as good a window as i have seen and well; so far - so good!

Perhaps safestyle are like all national companies in all services. Generally sound with quality and customer service, but with maybe 20 jobs per year out of hundreds of thousands going pear shaped. After all - it is doublelazing!
