I ordered 5 windows and 2 doors. They came a day early after phoning me to make sure it is ok.

Everything was as I ordered it and they got on with the job well.

I did notice a fault with the door and they said they would repair it. They came back the next day to finish off the job but it was a different fitter. These where not that good they boddged the fornt door repair and rushed fitting plastic sills so I refused to pay until they replaced the front door and sorted the sill. Another fitter came back 3 days later with a new door and replaced everything to my satisfaction.

Althogether a good service but it depends on the particular fitters you get but there are bad apples in every barrel.

It could have helped that I lived round the corner from the MD so he wouldn't want me on his doorstep complaining.

The important thing is to not pay anything above the £60 deposit until the work is finished to your satisfaction and insist on a proper job. If your not happy stand up to them and tell them no.
