Not to impressed. Had a knock on the door and spoke to someone representing Safestyle and I was spoken to as if I was a long lost friend with no respect, all my queries had positive answers so they said we can arrange someone to come round and give me a 12 month quote. Today lady arrived and all the questions I previously asked actually were not the case, and I was told that they will say anything to get a booking as they are on commission. After the hard sell pitch and being a single woman I was stupid enough to sign the contract after which I read the reviews, I then just wanted out, I called them to cancel in which they said they would call back and as yet have not. I have sent emails and written confirmation and they have not confirmed. NOT PROFESSIONAL

Rep. very nice but pressured to sign then and there and collected £60 survey fee. I cancelled later on the same day and requested cancellation of survey. this was done but I never got my £60 back. Beware changing your mind or you will be £60 out of pocket. No star rating would be in order as far as I am concerned.

My advice is to avoid these people like the plague. My experience is that once they have your contact details they will never leave you alone. Safe Style sales reps are a bunch of rude, unhelpful, untrustworthy individuals. Don't use them. Wasted my time and insulted my intelligence throughout the whole process. Don't even bother getting a quote - they will renage on the quote when it comes to signing the contract and give you the impression that they are not bothered if they get your business or not. My advice go to an a small, local independent who really wants your business and cares about the service they give you.

Don't judge us all by a few... I am one of those Safestyle UK Sale Reps. I am alway pleasent, never pushy, the 20 or so reps I know personally are all different, and I have during my training listened to their pitches and would class none of them pushy either. Dreadful,
All I wanted was a quote. What I got was a shambles.
From what I can gather, your experience of Safestyle uk is down to the rep that you are given. I was dispatched 'John' from Warrington. All I wanted from 'john' was a quote for two doors. How much would something simple cost? I was told £1500 pounds, when I said this was unreasonable, he told me (several times) that he needed to speak to the manager to get a discount to £300. !?
With his eyes out on stalks and stinking of booze. John was without doubt the worst salesperson I have ever seen try to work. I told John that I would have to think about it. I've since complained to his manager.
Avoid this company. Their hiring policy is floored.

I had safestyle uk out to my house to give me a price, i was happy with it and told them to go ahead with the work. a few weeks later i received a phone call telling me they did not want my business as they could not be botherd putting up cladding. I will give my money to some one who wants it.

Their website made them seem really impressive so I decided to e-mail for a quote. I received an instant automated reply promising they would get back to me as soon as they can. It has now been 13 days and still no response so I decide to call them myself. The conversation basically went like this: Me - Hi, can I please get someone to come to my London flat and give me a quote? Man - What's your postcode. Me - W1... (at this point I get cut off) Man - We don't do that area. Me - Can you please recommend anyone else who might? Man - No, sorry. Goodbye. Therefore in a nutshell: Rude, unhelpful, inefficient at responding to enquiries AND it is ridiculous that they do not do W1.

HOW TO GET RID QUICKLY.

I recently had these guys come to my door and I arranged an appointment. 10 minutes before they arrived I visited this site and felt apprehensive looking at the reviews. As many said, the guy who came to the door explained he was regional manager and has his own driver. He did come empty handed though.

I swiftly informed him that I was looking to just buy panes of glass and not windows, he informed me that they didn't do this (which I knew as I had already told them when they came to the door.) He informed me that that it would cost much more and I said lets leave it there.

So if you, like me have just stumbled across this site and have had second thoughts, try it. ( I also considered showing this site to him before we started)
