Have had our door and windows since 2005 and the front door has broken now 3 times, the first time it broke again within a few days and could not be fixed so we have had to lock it with a key all the time. Now it has jammed completley and customer services do not care that we can now not get in our own front door and say we have to wait 12 days as it is not an emergency as we have a back door! I pointed out that due to the layout of our house if there was a fire in our kitchen we would not be able to get out! but they say it is not an emergency so "what do we want them to do". Have been pleased with their service in the past but am extremely upset with their attitude over this.

They sent 2 old guys round to measure 4 windows i needed replacing y they sent 2 i dont know,after 30 mins waffling their rehearsed rubbish about which part of ethiopia the upvc was made they finally got round to measuring my windows.expecting the advertised no obligation quote these 2 clowns gave me another oscar deserved lecture on where the heat escapes etc, finally i got my quote which inc the 50% discount of just under £1600 when i stopped laughing the old lets make a call to my gaffer routine came up and guess wot it was reduced to £1250, other than pick them up and carry them to their car i hinted for them to go but they dont take hints,if u dont c this company on rogue traders or watchdog ill b surprised,if your elderley beware!dont let them in!! amateurs!!!!!

Don't give your business to these! recieved a quote from these for 5 average to small sized windows for £5000 plus. when the salesman comes around they show you the cheaper window which has external beading (window is fixed from the outside), and the more expensive window which has internal beading (window secured from the inside.) They are rude and obnoxious on the phone and abusive at all times. Be wary! on my order they didn't include the window sills and would of had to pay over the top to have them, so cancelled the order. agreed to meet them to have another quote, had to postpone, guy from company insisted i had agreed over the phone to a £1960 quote when i had not even discussed it. This was quote i was originally going to go with. AVOID like the plague.

start to finish.the sales reps were just great and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all.the fitters were also very good and cleaned up after
themselves.i would certainly recomend them to anyone wanting windows and doors fitted thank you very much to all the teams

Try to avoid. I've not even had the salesperson down and I found the service extremely rude. We we're meant to have a salesperson come down today 7th Feb 2009 at 10am for Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

In truth we we're ready to buy, ready to give them an order, having just broken my Bathroom window (oops!). The salesperson didn't turn up!!! When I called to ask why, all I got in return was an argumentative uneducated idiot who just wanted to fight. I couldn't beleive his attitude. Still........ His loss!!!!!

If this is the service before we've even started the process, then what's it going to be like when there really are problems? Beware!!!!!!!!!

I've had to give one star rating but really it should be none. Safestyle need to have a word with the guy I spoke to. He must be costing them a serious amount of business.

This has to be one of the worst run companies of all time. We asked for a quote in June 2007 and a dirty smelly ill dressed man turned up. He was told at the beginning that we wanted other quotes and would make no decisions that day. Because we would not sign then and there he was extremely rude and left. After this experience we went with another company who were very professional but nearly every month since then to present we are pestered with telephone calls asking if we would like to go ahead with the quote. I have asked many many times for our name to be deleted from the contact list but every month the phone call is made. If this is the way they treat clients with whom they have given quotes, god knows what their after sales services are like.

Safestyle seem to only care about the money and their lack of customer service i hear is poor. Panorama Windows is a great company based in Wolverhampton their prices are great and the service is great too, they also do conservatories, porches, patios etc just phone to see if they can help you, their quotes are free, with no obligation to buy an ...  Read the complete review

to follow my review posted recently. We are still really pleased with the doors fitted. The front door dropped slightly, rang safestyle on 12th feb and someone was round today (13th) to put the problem right.

So far so good!

I had windows fitted by Safestyle Uk for weeks ago. What a mistake. There are gaps under the cills and around the frames. My family and I are having to sit in the house with our coats on in order to keep warm. I agree with the other reviews with regard to the sales tactics being atrocious. Just like another company I allowed into my house a few years ago, they start with a high price, then bring it down when you say it is too high. Possibly the worst window company in the UK. Ignore the positive reviews on the internet as they are fabricated to keep the poor reviews from the first page of google - a technique used frequently now to hide bad press. Despite 10 phone calls and promisses of call backs you chase continually for information. The installation date comes and goes without even so much as a telephone call or letter. We had lost contracts, sales people disapearing with our cheques, sales people saying they couldn't speak or visit without partners present and all other underhanded sales techniques. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY. They may be cheap - but they are cheap for a reason.

My advice? STAY AWAY FROM SAFESTYLE.
