I placed order of £8000 with Safestyle, quality is good, but after sales service is terrible !!!, never sign the fitters satisfaction form once they have fitted the windows, if something needs to be fitted at a later date, as they will charge you extra for it, although the fitters will say, we will come back to finish it off !!. Our new porch looks great. We bought it to match the windows we were so happy with. Unfortunately safestyle have been unable to supply screws that match the locking plates and we snag our clothes on them. We have had many men out to fix them since March. Thank you safestyle for a wonderful service.We had our new windows installed this morning,the fitter arrived early and got on with the job,very little mess and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the fitting.A job well done by a very pleasant and polite man.He even had the time and patience to speak with my severely disabled husband,we read so many negative reviews well ours is a positive.We would recommend safestyle

First of all, I think it would be wise to advise that while Safestyle is a national company, people deal with local branches, and how they are managed seem to vary considerably. Im sorry but they were rubbish. called for a quote and after giving him a cup of tea was told that "i wont be telling him at the end of this that i will need more time to think will you", i said yes i would, as i wont be making a decision today, and he left without quoting me. Thanks for the no obligation quotation i was promised.

I found my 82 year old Mother in tears after suffering the onslaught of a hard sell by a cold calling Safe Style rep. The poor woman made an appointment just to get rid of him. Obviously when I found out I rang to cancel the appointment, but was met by obstruction after obstruction. It took me five phone calls to different numbers to cancel. Safe Style should really BOGOFF.

After numerous canceled appointments from their side they finally arrived and gave a great quote. I ha no reason to think badly of them, until i kept receiving calls reducing the price. Phoned to get someone to give me a quote. 1st impressions were not too good but they did ring prior to calling. 10am appointment. Arrived at 10.20am with no apology! "What's your problem. Chill out!!" A VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS MAN. Safestyle windows have the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME. Invite them in at your peril. After cancelling 3 appointments, due to our busy schedule, the rep called round a week after the first phone call.
