No complaints with the fitters, but if you need any building work forget it. We had lintels fitted (not finished yet after one week). I have had my windows and doors replaced by Safestyle and have no complaints about them. I had a fault with one of the locks on my back door and reported it to them. They arranged a service engineer to come out the next day and he arrived first thing.
