The Bottle The bottle is a translucent plastic and the lid is made of silver coloured plastic. On the front of the bottle is the brand and product name along with the size of the bottle, mine is 400ml's. On the back is information about the product, directions, additional advice, ingredients, contact information, recycle symbol and the fact that the product needs to be used within twelve months of opening. My Opinion Whenever I go to my mum's house it is filled with premium bath products from QVC as she is terrible if she sees a today's special value. So when I'm there I get to use all her products and this has to be one of my favourite one's and ... Read the complete review

L'occitane are a French company that was founded over thirty years ago in Provence. They use natural ingredients and traditions in their products and the products just scream quality !! This product is just divine on so many levels. I love the almond smell and don't worry if you think it will smell like cheap marzipan because it doesn't!! This particular size is 250mls and lasts for quite a while. The product itself is an oil that converts to a creamy liquid on contact with water and it leaves your skin feeling moisturised ( due to the nourishing lipids ) and smelling wonderful all day ( due to the natural sweet almond oil used, which also acts as ... The L'occitane story begins in 1976, in France. Its aim is to respect man and the environment and with this in mind, it supports three main causes. The first being, literacy and support for women in developing countries. The second is to fight against blindness and assist the visually impaired (braille labelling was introduced in 1997). Finally, supporting the preservation of traditional cultivations and harvesting methods. With this in mind, L'occitane uses high quality, traceable ingredients in all their products, and this is the main reason for me using them. The premium price tag, does hinder my trying new products as much as I'd like, but I am lucky ... Read the complete review

L'Occitane as a range is a real luxury and feels like a treat to use, there are many of their products which I love and will mostly get as gifts because they are quite expensive but always feel like a real treat. I first got almond oil as a gift but will never be without it now as it is so beautiful on the skin. ....Packaging.... Almond shower gel comes in a clear plastic bottle in varying sizes, the lid is silver plastic. So although the packaging is quite simple I really like it and it always looks good in the bathroom. The L'Occitane information is on the front just showing the basic information. ....Price and Availability.... There are ... Read the complete review

During the winter time especially I suffer from dry, itchy skin in my shins especially. They become so itchy I can and have scratch them till they bleed. I think the combination of central heating and being encased in jeans, socks and boots doesn't help. I have tried several moisturisers to help, but to be honest, I am a bit lazy. I like to shower then get dressed. Sitting waiting for moisturiser to sink in before I get ready is sometimes a time luxury I just cannot afford. I bought this as part of a set from QVC, as the price was good, but on its own it can be purchased from L'Occitane shops for £15 for 250ml. The oil itself looks like a lighter version ...
