... Shea butter based hand cream I have used this mainly for my lips.
To apply the butter you use your fingertips to get a small amount out of the tin and then either rub it between your finger tips to soften it or as I do I rub my finger tip around in the tin and this seems to get enough of the butter softened and on to my finger tips to then put on to my lips. I find that the butter goes on great this way and by using my fingertips I can control where the butter is needed most. This little tin of Shea Butter from L'Occitane is something I bought before Christmas as a little treat for myself. The tin itself is very cute and small enough to fit inside the smallest handbag at around 5 cm in diameter. The logo and design on the top is very reminiscent of a lot of L'Occitane's designs in that it is yellow and blue and reminds me in a lot of ways off the 1920's style of luggage label. Inside the little tin is a glorious white solid mass of Shea butter. To me it has very little by way of smell a slight hint of nuttiness and fruity smell but that is it.
