Please note - Whilst I made a product suggestion to Dooyoo, they have advised me to post my review here. I would advise that L'Occitane no longer use the name "Lavender Harvest", as the product is now branded as Lavande Hand Cream A few weeks ago I was fortunate to receive a voucher from L'Occitane, which entitled me to obtain a free 30ml tube from a choice of four different fragranced hand creams. As I have previously managed to obtain vouchers for a number of freebie products from this designer company and had always been disappointed to learn that the gifts had been exhausted, I didn't have high hopes that I'd be able to claim my luxurious ... For many years now I have suffered with very dry skin on my hands. It's quite frustrating really as the skin on the rest of me is great and gives me no problem whatsoever! Over the years I must have tried almost all the handcreams available in the supermarket or high street chemist but to no avail. Once I'd applied each cream my dry skin would slurp up the cream like a sponge and within a few minutes be dry again. Around 18 months ago I discovered the L'Occitane range of hand creams and found the ones formulated with shea butter really do soothe my hands and make them soft and supple again. I have slowly been trying the various handcreams in the L'Occitane range, but the Read the complete review

One of the set of 5 15ml tubes of L'Occitane's hand creams that I received for Christmas is the Lavender scent. I normally avoid lavender scented products as I've never been keen on the smell. However this item has changed my mind on lavender completely and this is by far my favourite of the scented selection of L'Occitane's hand creams. It is absolutely gorgeous and I'm going to be looking on their website for more related products. For me the scent is what really makes this a standout product I never realised how delicious and seductive while remaining fresh and clean lavender could smell. This may be connected to the way they source their raw ingredients from top .. Read the complete review

It interests me that L'Occitane produces both a hand cream and a hand lotion in the same scent. So OBVIOUSLY I had to try both just to compare and find out which I thought was better! Package The cream is in a silver tube (quite thick and wrinkles - not easy to get all the cream out of!) There are white stickers on the front and back. The front is written in purple (some cusive some block) and simply gives the product name, L'Occitane name and little O logo and the amount (75ml). It also comes in a brown card box. Price 12.50 gets you one tube. This seems a lot for the tiny amount of hand cream in it! My experience I ... Read the complete review

I first tried L'Occitane Lavender Hand Cream when I was given a tube as a Christmas present from a friend. I had only ever seen L'Occitane products for sale on QVC before (although I have since bought it in Debenhams) and thought they were a bit expensive for my budget. However, after trying this hand cream I was hooked. The product itself is a fairly thick cream which contains shea butter which is known for its intensively moisturising properties. Although it is quite thick the cream does sink in easily and does not leave a nasty greasy residue. It makes even very dry hands feel lovely and soft. The best way to apply it is to squeeze a small amount onto ... Read the complete review
