L'Occitane is a luxury high-end foot cream, the sort that celebrities like to endorse. Simply unscrew the lid on the top of the tube and administer. I know I should exfoliate first but I don't like the feel of that and the cream does the job regardless. I have a bad habit of wandering about bare footed. This means that my feet have very dry skin and are extremely tough too. In winter the heels can crack which is unsightly.
