The L’Occitane Brand. ************************* This is probably a brand that a lot of people won’t have heard of. Olivier Baussan created L’Occitane a little over 25 years ago, and based his products around the scents of the flowers that grew around his home in Provence. Using natural ingredients, plant extracts and essential oils he created a range of cosmetics that are high in quality and rich in natural scent. The Product ************** Here's what L'Occitane has to say about their product: "L'OCCITANE'S famous Hand Cream is our number-one selling product... and for very good reason. Enriched with 20% Shea Butter, this ... Read the complete review

I must say i love this product. I think it works really well. Your hands feel soft and silky almost straight away even after just one use. Plus it is also long lasting leaving your hands still feel moisturised a long time after. It takes hardly any time at all to rub in and you do literally only require a pea sized amount for it to work. Due to this it means that it also lasts a long time, which gives you good value for money. Not only does it work fantastically well, it also smells amazing. I do a lot of computer work which means i often get gusts of the smell! The product is much better than many other of its competitors, the only thing i feel ... Read the complete review

L'occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream This product is pure indulgence, super soft hands super quick. This product is made from 20% Shea Butter, contains Honey, Almond extracts and Coconut oil, it is not tested on animals. Before i started to use this my hands were dry and tight feeling almost itchy and slightly lined. Within a week of using this product the tightness, itching and dryness had completely gone and my lines were more dehydration cos they have gone to. I only use this product at night, so once a day and it does the job of products I have had to reapply three to four times a day and a 150 ml tube lasts me 3 months easily, it ... I first came across this particular hand cream a couple of weeks ago while I was browsing around Debenhams looking for inspirational Christmas gifts. I remembered that tucked away in my purse were some unused gift vouchers that I?d received for my last birthday and decided it was high time I treated myself. I had been complaining lately that my hands were becoming dry due to those cold mornings standing at the school gates followed by sitting in the warmth of a centrally heated house. These elements were taking their toll on my skin so some serious hand pampering was called for. Although using a moisturising hand wash did help in the short-term I ... Read the complete review

This is the best handcream I have ever used, and I've tried a 'few'. I love the packaging, the big cool metal tube feels kind of satisfying in the hand it's simple, solid and classy. It retails at approximately £12 but comes in a large 150ml tube, smaller and travel sizes are available, but I use it so regularly that it's not worth getting a travel one... to me size does matter. I have used this for about 7 years now, and although it doesn't have sun screen my hands look and feel pretty soft for the fossil I am, also no 'liver spots' at 47 I'm not sure if they would have kicked in yet, but if so they haven't. The cream is a true thick clotted cream texture, ... Read the complete review
