Recently I have acquired a need to use a blush here and there and although for my needs I usually pick up the cheapest sore brands I do here and there treat myself with something a bit more pricey... I never was to keen on spending too much on make up so a blush that goes at £4.49 on Amazon.co.uk at the time of writing and a bit more at time of writing was still acceptable. I bought the Delicious rosewood shade last summer and am using it still (you can see how often I use this, although I do use the cheaper ones too). The colour is really great, it is a subtle light red (maybe more orange) and pink mixture the last colour being the main one. It ... Read the complete review

This is a very dinky little blush compact from L'Oreal, which I was lucky enough to pick up for a pound or two in a bargain basket in Boots some time ago. I usually prefer cream blushers, as I find them much easier to blend and more natural looking, but at such a low price I was willing to give this a try! The Blush Delicieux comes in a range of different shades, and the one I have is called Hint of Rose. The compact is a square shape measuring about 5 square cm. It's very simple looking - the top is a nice dusky pink colour, while the base is an off white. The lettering on the front simply says L'OREAL PARIS. The top then flips up to reveal a mirror inside ... Read the complete review

L'Oreal Blush Delicieux Mat was found in the sale dump bin at Tesco several weeks ago, priced at £1.50. I have no brand loyalty when it comes to make-up, and am not one to pass up a bargain (Have previously seen it priced for around £7). I am not a huge fan of blush but my goal was to put together a staple make up kit for all occasions and the cheaper I could do this, the better. (Id also thrown all my old makeup away the night before and had a big even the next day!) A close friend has sworn by this blush for a while now and it always looked so great on her skin, which is of a similar, if not paler tone to my own. Therefore, into the shopping basket it went. ... I bought one of these L'Oreal Blush Delicieux blushes in a mauve colour. These bushes are currently being sold for £6.99 and I think I've seen them in 3 shades (though it is possible that there are more). I think they come in a peach, pink and mauve. The blush comes in a coloured compact, the colour of the compact is the same of the blusher itself, this makes it easier to find in your make up bag, especially if you have loads of make up to rummage through. There's a mirror in the top half of the compact, then there's the blush in pressed powder form with a little brush of what feels like is made of synthetic hairs. The brush itself is not that good, I keep ... Read the complete review

I have used this L'Oreal blusher for over a year now. Being Olive skin the "sandlewood" shade really compliments my skin tone; giving me a slightly brown deep pink blush on my cheeks. But all is not great, despite being a really good match to my skin the way this product is packaged leaves a lot to be desired and me on the look out for an alternative blusher The concept is great, neat and tidy: each bulsher comes in a plastic square compact container with small (but does the job) mirror, the blusher and a small brush, compared to other brushes which come with compacts this one is quite good, soft and applys the blush quite well. Getting into it can ... Read the complete review
