... conditioner. Application and Cleaning This lathers nicely and you don't need a huge amount to get a good clean. It rinses well and leaves hair feeling clean and dandruff free. Many anti-dandruff products cause itching with me and I have had no reactions to it at all. I do, however, need to use a separate conditioner because the conditioning is not as good as I would have hoped. Fragrance It has a gentle clean fragrance. It is not overly perfumed. Overall In general this product is pretty good. It is great as a shampoo but not s...more

Premium Review L'Oréal Elvive Anti-Dandruff: Revitalising Citrus CR Shampoo  (1170 words)

My dealings with L’oreal Elvive Revitalising Citrus CR Shampoo started with a free sample. One day I came down the stairs to get my post and there it was sitting on the doormat, all shiny and bold as brass saying “try me, try me”. Not one to give away the opportunity to try something for free I decided to give it a go. ~~Key things about this product~~~ 1.It’s meant for normal to occasionally greasy hair I have the type of hair that needs washing every other day as after then is starts to appear a bit limp and greasy. Don’t imagine full on greasy locks, just hair that has seen better times! This product appealed ...  Read the complete review

For those of you who read my Pantene opinion, you'll know that I had been intending to try out L'Oreal Elvive next! So after my Pantene bottles of shampoo and conditioner finished I set off to buy some. The last time I tried Elvive was over a year ago - I had just had my hair highlighted twice and it was beginning to become a little dry. I came across the red bottles of Elvive suitable for coloured and highlighted hair, and was quite impressed with the result from what I can remember. Well this time I was faced with a stack of new looking bottles - the "Citrus-CR" range. Personally I don't go for the fruity smelling shampoos much - it makes me feel I'm wearing ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review L'Oréal Elvive Anti-Dandruff: The good stuff (526 words)

I started using L’Oreal Elvive a couple of years ago, and to be absolutely honest I only picked it up in the first place because it was on special offer in my local Boots. I had noticed it before but had always passed over it previously because I really wasn’t particularly impressed by the packaging. It’s definitely not the sexiest bottle of shampoo I’ve ever seen and even now, once I’ve used it, it gets hidden away in the bathroom cupboard again until the next time I wash my hair. Mind you, I think that this can be said for most “supermarket” shampoo’s, look at Pantene! What where they thinking when they chose grey for ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review An advert that doesn't lie! (156 words)

I have long, permed, coloured hair and have used umpteen different hair conditioners. I originally bought the L'oreal Elvive Conditioner because it was on special offer and can honestly say it does produce excellent results. When I put other conditioners on my hair, it still feels quite rough to touch and is no better when I rinse it off. But when I apply Elvive, my hair instantly feels silky and remains so when rinsing it off. Last week I received a discount voucher for another expensive brand name conditioner which I duly purchased, thinking "at that price it must do something". I was disappointed. Nothing else I have tried can do ...  Read the complete review

L'Oréal Elvive Anti-Dandruff: Top Class Conditioner  (223 words)

If like me you are so fond of dying your hair , if you don't use conditioner you locks look like haystack , don't worry i've found an answer to dry damaged hair . I blow dry my hair and even when I use my normal conditioner it still looks dry on the ends and a bit flyway . I noticed L'Oreal Elvive - Nutri-Force ultra nourishing care . It was quite expensive , but in for a penny in for a pound I thought !!! It's not like a normal conditioner , as it is in spray form , but you spray it on after you have washed your hair . I left it on for about 5 mins to let it work to it's optimum . Then I rinsed it out , the ...  Read the complete review
