I always like any kind of beauty product that comes in a bottle designed like this as it means that the liquid drips down constantly and you don't have to try and squeeze all the last dregs out. This is suitable for daily use and you apply as you would any conditioner - after shampooing - then rinse thoroughly. The conditioner is crea...more

Premium Review L'Oreal Elvive Re-nutrition Conditioner: L'Oreal - Because I'm Worth it! (501 words)
by - written on 14/06/09 (Very useful, 102 readings)
Rating:

I recently tried the L'Oreal Elvive Re-Nutrition Conditioner for two reasons - it was on offer in Tesco and it was specifically for dry or dried out hair. It's sad to admit but I really do abuse my locks! What with having highlights added to my hair on a regular basis and a vicious daily regime of straightening it to within an inch of its life - my hair was starting to fall into the 'dried out' category! L'Oreal claims that this conditioner will intensely nourish hair and replenish elasticity for bouncy, silky hair. Part of the ingredients are made up from Royal Jelly which adds the 'nourishing element. This normally costs approx £3.50 for a 400ml ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Soft, Silky hair again (347 words)

As I wrote about the L'Oreal Elvive Re-Nutrition shampoo yesterday, I thought I should probably write about the matching conditioner too. The re-nutrition conditioner is a fairly new addition to the L'Oreal Elvive range, and contains Royal Jelly which they say intensely nourishes and replenishes the elasticity of the hair. The conditioner comes in a white bottle with a yellow lid, and is adorned with yellow and gold writing. It stands on its head, and the design of the bottle is similar to the designs of other conditioners in the range. The conditioner is yellow in colour and quite thick, which is good, because having long, thick hair ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review L'Oreal Elvive Re-nutrition Conditioner: L'oreal Elvive Re-nutrition Conditioner (283 words)

I recently bought the shampoo version of this and I was so impressed with the results I decided to try the conditioner as well. Lucky for me it was on special offer when I bought it, but it normally retails at between £3 and £3.50 for a 400ml bottle depending on where you shop. I think the price is very reasonable considering how good the results have been. The bottle is quite large, but 400ml will last quite a long time, and has a lid at the base, so you don't have to shake the bottle for ages to get the last bits of conditioner out. The bottle is opaque white with the writing on it in various shades of gold to represent the inclusion of 'Royal Jelly' in the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lovely silky Soft hair (274 words)

When it comes to my hair, I must have tried every product known to mankind in my quest for shiny silky locks, Sadly this isn't meant to be but, I'm willing to try anything that claims it will give me just that!. I bought both the shampoo and the conditioner in this range which were on a special offer of buy one and get one free so a good deal. Here are my views on the conditioner - It comes in a large 400ml bottle with appealing packaging, and stands upright so is easy to squeeze the last drops out. The conditioner contains Royal Jelly for 'an intense replenshing result', and I have to say that when I first used the product, I was very impressed with the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review L'Oreal Elvive Re-nutrition Conditioner: Left an awful waxy coating on my hair (266 words)
by - written on 13/05/09 (Useful, 30 readings)

Like so many women today I constantly subject my poor, over stressed hair to the drama that is blow drying and straightening every day. I do this religiously everyday and have yet to find a heat protection spray that suits my hair and that I actually remember to use everyday! I saw this conditioner advertised on TV and thought this would be ideal to replenish my stressed-out locks, along with the shampoo of the same brand. I usually use Patene which makes my hair really shiny and soft but does not prevent the split ends which I am continually plagued by. The shampoo and conditioner smelt nice and when using were fine. The problem came when I ...  Read the complete review
