My daughter has beautiful thick hair but this means that it can becomes knotted and tangled after she washes it which causes her some discomfort when it is getting dried. Although she is old enough to wash her own hair when it comes to drying it with the hair dryer and then styling it in a ponytail etc she likes me to do it so I always make sure and have a detangler in the house to make the whole process a little easier. The L'oreal kids tangle tamer is a spray that is designed to be used on both wet and dry hair to leave the hair tangle and knot free and shiny and full of life. The spray can be used on both wet and dry hair and you just need to spray ... Read the complete review

Normally I use Avon's tangle tamer for my daughters hair as it is very long (not far off her bum) and thick to boot however when I was shopping with her recently she brought to my attention the end of an aisle full of L'Oreal Kids products on half price and since it was £1 instead of the usual £2.60 for the Avon one I decided we would give it a try. The normal selling price for the whole L'Oreal Kids range is about £2 each and this is for 150mls of the tangle tamer, you can buy this is chemists and supermarkets so it isn't hard to get hold of. The product comes in a very attractive bottle in my opinion, it is bright green in colour so it certainly ... Read the complete review

The first time I went to a music festival I spent 5 days in a dirty muddy field, sweating in the summer heat and drinking copious amounts of alcohol. In the 5 days I didn't once wash my hair, so by the time I got home I smelt like a pig pen, well not quite. I smelt of dirt, booze, sweat and general muck. So the following year I learnt by my past mistake and was looking to invest in some dry shampoo or something to freshen my hair up whilst I was at the festival, I ended up taking some Batiste Dry Shampoo with me. One of my best friends took some of this, L'Oreal Kids Tangle Tamer with her and I ended up using hers instead of my Batiste Dry Shampoo as it worked so ... Read the complete review

I always find that I have to use a detangling spray on my daughter's hair after washing even when using a conditioner and I usually go for the Avon variety since it's usually on offer in the book and I can stock up and have the item delivered to my door. On a recent order I had forgotten to purchase the detangling spray and needed it so I headed out to Sainsbury's supermarket to see if I could pick anything up and I was extremely happy to see the L'Oreal kids tangle tamer reduced to a pound. The tangle tamer I purchased must be a limited edition as it is themed around the new movie Rio. The tamer comes in a lovely bright green 150ml bottle that is very ... Read the complete review

Okay, so I'm nearly 18 and I'm quite a fan of L'oreal Kids products. However, I'm terrible for over-using this which puts me off massively. Over-use of this product does give hair a greasy feeling, but I don't have dry hair at all. I bought this product because I stopped brushing my hair - I condition it well and my hair very rarely knots so I realised there wasn't much point in damaging my hair brushing it, so went searching for a de-tangler to get rid of any left over tangle. I found this at just under £2, which is pretty cheap for 150ml, and absolutely fell in love with the 'Sweet Pear' smell. (I also planned an unnecessary story for the cashier about an ...
