I subject my hair to all sorts of things that are bad for it, such of excessive use of heated appliances and styling products, and it is looking all the worse for it. When it comes to shampoo I am not completely bothered which brand I use, and usually just buy whichever one is on special offer. I have fine hair that is a bit unruly and tends to break easily especially in the winter. I have always used L'Oreal's Kerastase shampoo bought via my hairdresser. They are really expensive and in these days of the credit crunch I can no longer justify the expense. Women always are looking for the perfect shampoo which of course doesn't exist (like the perfect man) but anyway they don't stop searching, they could have luck after all... For this reason I always change the shampoo because I want to try new products but L'oreal elvive anti breakage nutri-repair isn't new as you all know.
