I decided to buy this after shuddering at the idea of applying a cream I had spent way more on (too embarrassed to say- though it was spent in Boots points...)
The lotion itself is very...fluid like- not at all like a facial cream, its more like a sun milk you'd apply to your body. It's not what I expected anyway. Npt so nice to apply- as its liquid, it goes everywhere, its hard to know if you have applied enough as you need about a teaspoon of any SPF cream/lotion for your face, but it just runs everywhere, ...more |

L'Oreal Solar Expertise SPF 20 Active Anti Wrinkle & Brown Spot Matte Fluid Protection...! Wow! Bit of a mouthful there- The bottle holds 50ml which is fine for a good few months of daily applications- easily an entire summer, so why the title has to feature across 4 lines is beyond me! OK, the bottle cost me £5.99 back in May 2009 from Tesco where is was half price- it was buy one get one free in several other places (Boots and Sainsbury's spring to mind). I'm now 45 and have tried several kinds of facial sunscreen over the years, some of which have been absolutely dreadful under any makeup, however lightly applied, and even after waiting for about 20 minutes between applying the sunsreen and the makeup -- blusher and eye-shadow would sort of slide off my face, and my skin would be so shiny!
