Intro

I love mascara and I use it almost everyday. When I found this mascara from L'Oreal I was looking forward going home and try it on. Today, I regret it.

Product

L'Oreal Lash architect waterproof mascara is, like the title, waterproof which is meant to increase the length of your lashes and make them look longer and fuller. You can find this product almost everywhere; I found it at H&M when it was on offer. I am very glad it was on offer when I bought it due to fact that it is more or less horrible.
The packaging doesn't really attract you to it. It is a clean design of silver with black text and the shape of the mascara is pointy and irregular. You will know what I mean when you see it in the store.

Opinion

When I first tried it I thought it was very smeary and hard to work with. I don't have very long lashes, neither short, but Lash Architect did not make them look any longer. It did stay on though out in the rain but in a swimming pool? No, it didn't. After just a few minutes in the pool I had black lumps around my eyes and my lashes were all stuck together.

When I applied it on my lashes it left lumps and I had to brush with the brush several times but that didn't help either. It got even more smeary and lumpy.
Removing it from my skin around the eyes after applying it was even more difficult. This was probably because it was waterproof and wasn't meant to come off.

I do not recommend this mascara, especially not if you want a waterproof one. It is not a cheap mascara either but you can find it on offer sometimes and amazon.co.uk usually have good prices.

Summary: Not a great product from L'Oreal
