Advantages: Super sexy golden tan, Doesnt streak girls!!, Doesnt smell as bad as the others

Disadvantages: A bit greasy, Expensive, Cant see whre your applying it

First of all i have to say im reviewing the self tanning gel (150ml) and not the spray!

Ive tried many fake tans from cheap to very expensive to avoid looking like a milk bottle (and been every shade of orange possible in the process!!!) I have to say this self tanner one of the best ive tried.

*The packaging*
The product is in a in a clear tube with gold, bronze and orange writing on. Because the tube is clear you can see the product which is a peachy orangy transparent gel. It has a clear orange flip top cap. The packaging is quite nice nothing too exciting though.

*Instructions*
Apply to perfectly clean skin. Spread evenly over the face and body, avoiding eyebrows and hairline and carefully working into the elbows, ankles and knees. Wash hands well after application.Use daily until the desired tan is achieved, after which use 2-3 times a week.
Does not contain UV filters. Does not protect from UV light.
My tips would be to
*moisturise dry bits a few hours before you apply it and shave/wax your legs before doing it as you will get stripey legs if you dont!
*Wear plastic/latex gloves to avoid those giveaway orange hands

*What the product claims*
100% natural looking tan on a smoother skin
SUBLIME BRONZE Gel is a non-greasy self-tanning gel with a smoothing effect, which is easy to apply and dries rapidly. From only one hour it gives the skin a golden glow, with an instantly velvety touch. Enriched with Pure Vitamin E, it softens and comforts the skin. Suitable for the face and body.
Its non-greasy, 'soft touch' gel gives the skin an incredibly smooth and velvety touch.
Results: An even, natural looking tan. Extremely smooth and silky skin.

*The product itself*
I really like this product - although there are a few niggles i have with it.
On my skin tone (quite fair) i find that it really gives me a nice golden colour -its not too strong so i dont look like tang
o woman but if you want a more striking look you can keep applying it till u get the right tone.

The gel itself its quite runny and as its transparent its a bit hard to see where you have applied it - i usually tell by the feel of the skin and it leaves a moisturised sheen so you can kind of see - sometimes if i want a stronger tan and guidance i will mix a bit of st tropez (a tinted tanner) in so i can see what im doing.
The smell is quite pleasant when you put it on - when it starts to settle on the skin the 'burnt biscuit' chemically smell does start to appear, its no where near as strong as others ive used and fades overnight. My boyfriend has told me this smells the best out of the million ive used so it cant be too bad!

The product itself is quite greasy i find (even though it states its non greasy!) and takes a while to absorb. I find that there is a differennce as soon as you put it on - my skin looks a little darker and gives a little bit of a glowing look, id say it takes a few hours to start to develop. The end result is a really even glowing golden tan - ive not had many mistakes with this and its never streaked on me(alothough do make sure u moisturise dry pathches beforehand!)

I love this product as you dont have to spend ages prepping your skin - like with some others (eg st tropez) you need to shower and moisturise the morning before - this i can slap it on whenever and it does the moisturising for me. Also i like the fact you dont look like a mud monster from the black lagoon!! (like with st tropez) It wears off evenly as well - you dont look blotchy as your skin wears off.

*Does the product meet its claims?*
I think they are fibbing about it being non greasy and quick absorbing - maybe its just my skin i dunno but sometimes i feel a bit like a chip pan if i apply too much.
It does give a natural bronze tan which is stunning and makes my skin super soft and yummy. Its really quick to use and
glides onto the skin smoothly as you apply it.

*Price*
I find the price of this varies - in boots i pay £9.99 but ive found if i shop around its cheaper - a store near me called bodycare sells it for £6.99 which is a huge price differnce.
I apply it all over about twice a week and it lasts me probably 2weeks so it doesnt last very long! If you are just applying to your top half it will las a a lot longer.

*Conclusion*
This tanner has lots of downfalls(thats why ive only given it 4 stars) but overall i find its well worth it as i have lovely soft tanned skin at the end of the day which doesnt go blotchy or streak which is hard to find in a self tanner.

Thanks for reading!!! I hope it helps you on your quest for the perfect fake tan girlies!!!!
