Advantages: None, but no rash

Disadvantages: Valentines day (sob)

Ooooo the promise of skin like a supermodel (I already have skin like a supermodel, fags + wine = look like you're slightly dead) or at least 'radiant skin with optimised moisture'.

As I was suffering from one of my crappy looking days I thought I'd give it a go and as it was reduced (a nods as good as a wink to me). I shunned cheaper creams and spent about £8 on something that I was slightly dubious about.

With it promising to reduce visible lines, exfoliate throughout the night and increase elasticity and being a Loreal product, whose cleanser and toner I have religiously used for many years, I had high hopes.

Reading the detailed instructions I found I could only use it 2-3 times a week - or seemingly it may take off my skin like paint stripper. The warnings got more ominous as I was warned that I may experience a tingling as the cream begins to work, so it was very hesitantly that I got into bed, wondering if I'd wake up as Claudia Schiffer or the bloke out of Hannibal with no face.

Come the morning I ran to the mirror in exitment to see my new skin - but nothing I looked exactly the same. Anyway a regime of twice a week (the warning ringing in my ears) has so far afforded me a big spot on valentines day, and I never get spots and skin that has stayed pretty much the same.

Oh well, at least it didn't give me a rash and I'm still fully skinned - but think twice about spending money on these miracle creams, even if it is only £8.

Next I think I'll try the face shaping cream, it promises to steamline your face - I wonder if it can make your nose smaller?

Amusing op, well done. Try not to worry about the £8 just look at it this way you could have spent £1000's on surgery and ended up looking like hannibals victim anyway so you've saved yourself a fortune.
