I bought the L'Oreal Refinish Microdermabrasion Kit when I had read about it in a magazine a week prior. The product boasted results that were just as good as professional treatments and promised glowing, healthy looking younger skin. Having spent good money on a few professional treatments in the past, I decided to give the product a try as a more intensive microdermabrasion method in conjunction with my twice a week St. Ives Apricot Scrub. The kit in itself cost about $20-30 US, which is quite a bargain in comparison to professional microdermabrasion treatments which can be quite expensive for just one session. I was pleased when I saw the products in the box, as ... Read the complete review

L'OREAL PARIS Micro-Dermabrasion kit is a resurfacing skin renovator kit normailly costs around £15. I brought my kit from asda which was slightly cheaper at around £13. You should also be able to find it in most major supermarkets, Boots and your local chemist. I have used the kit a few times now, and like it said i noticed some of the results straight away, my skin did have that fresh radiant look it was also much more smoother to the touch but i found that it takes a few treatments to start to even the skin tone. THE KIT IS DESIGNED TO : Visibly reduce fine lines Smooth skin micro-relief and refines skin texture Soosts skin ... Read the complete review

::: Introduction ::: Back in the summer of 2007 I had the worst case of rosacea and eczema on my skin including my face. I started becoming really seletive about what creams and exfoliators I used. I decided to chuck the Garnier Ultralift cream and peeling kit in the bin as they were too harsh and only made my complexion worse. I was browsing in Tesco's beauty isle to locate a hypoallergenic exfoliator that even I could use. All the exfoliators I'd seen (Neutrogena, Clear & Clean) had warnings on them saying they aren't suitable for sensitive skin. The L'Oreal ReFinish Micro-Dermabrasion didn't have this warning on it so I assumed it will ... Read the complete review

I first bought this about two years ago after seeing the adverts with Natalie Imbruglia. I popped into town and while I was there I decided to go to boots and treat myself. I went into Boots and was looking around for ages. I knew what I wanted but I couldn't remember what it was called. So I spoke to one of the women working in there and she didn't know what I was talking about. I described it to her as a micro-dermabrasion kit and she was stumped. She said she knew who would know though and called a young girl over who was working and she knew straight away what I meant as she was also planning to buy it and give it a try after hearing good ... Ever since I saw Natalie Imbruglia advertising this product, it was a must in KM’s essential beauty items. What can I say? I'm the Advertiser's Dream. As I’d just turned *cough cough* thirty something plus a few, my skin was starting to look a little jaded after years of waking up at 6am for my lovely job. Ahem! I picked this up just after Christmas in Boots as I saw that this particular kit had a small amount of money off the usual price (a fiver) and took it to the till and paid with the points that had mounted up over the whole year. I was going to start 2005 with a healthy skin! * What is it? * It’s a two step kit, in a pretty silver ... Read the complete review
