If you bleach or perm your hair like I do then it is probably in a damaged state like mine is. I have tried L' Oreal Kerastase Nutritive Protein Conditioning Milk. It is a conditioner for dry hair that contains proteins and acids which treat the most damaged parts of your hair, you can also use it on coloured hair and it does not relax the curls in your hair if it has been permed. I've been using it for a few months and my hair is now in a more manageable condition. It is well worth the money.
