THE BEST FAKE TAN EVER! (L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self Tanning Gel)

Last Friday I was going to a Hen do and so decided I wanted a nice healty glow. After scouring the fake tan aisle I picked up loreal sublime fake tan. It said it would give me a natural looking tan similar to what you usually tan like in the sun. This sold me as I hoped it would make sure I avoided being orange.

That night at home I exfoliated and moisturised as it would hopefully mean the tan would go on evenly. Then I began applying the tan. Its differnt to most tans as this isnt mouse or cream but gel, and this made it a hundred times easier to apply as a little really did go a long way. It also doesnt have such a potant smell as some fake tans and to me almost smelled slightly citrisy!

Once applied (I was even brave enough to apply it to my face) I found the one drawback. It takes a while to be totally absorbed into your skin. And even then it has a sticky residue which is left behind, this wasnt nice when I was going to bed as I was sticking to the sheets.

In the morning I gritted my teeth to look in the mirror expecting to be orange however I was surprised to find I looked as though I had just come back from a two week holiday to spain! It was so natural I was gob smaked even my other half was surprised at the results.

The otehr drawback I found was that after a week the tan had just started to go patchy where it was rubbing off, I was slightly dissapointed however once I had jumped in the shower and exfoliated I found the tan rmoved easily.

This is the fake tan for me and am so pleased with it I'll be using it for the wedding this saturday!
