I then start from my feet and work upwards spraying it as evenly as i can over my body trying not to miss any parts. The product comes out in a really light fine mist and sprays on leaving the skin feeling very wet and a little bit sticky. The spray is actually clear in colour so you have to spend time trying to spray it quite evenly as there is no instant tan colour on your skin at this ...more

RESUBMISSION AS THE RIGHT CATEGORY HAS BEEN PUT UP AND WITH MY EARLIER SUBMISSION THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM AS THE READS ARE NOT REGISTERING AT ALL. As I am soon returning back to university I obviously want to look great for going back as do many. My hair is now sorted after the dilemma in my previous review ‘No Blonde Ambition Here’ but now I wanted to look like I had been away on holiday and not like I had been in Scotland all summer even though I have. After reading through my Glamour magazine I came across an article on fake tanning. I know many of my friends who use sun beds but the idea just doesn’t appeal to me so I then came across their ...  Read the complete review

Crowned Review Sublimely Bronzed in a Snap (687 words)

I tried the L'oreal Sublime Bronze self tan spray when I had a big occasion to prepare for and I had no time to go to my favorite Sephora store. I went to my local Shoppers Drug Mart around the corner for a quick, easy, self tanner to transform me from ghostly to glowing fast! I knew what I was getting into, because I didn't have many good experiences with cheaper self-tanners. They usually left me streaky or a freaky looking orange shade that caused me to spend a week hiding behind long sleeves and turtlenecks. But desperate times called for desperate measures, so I thought I'd give L'oreal sublime bronze the benefit of the doubt. I scanned over the various shades ...  Read the complete review

Crowned Review L'Oréal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Spray: Prepare to bare! (1093 words)

All of my life I have tried to stay out of the sun because of two reasons: I don't want skin damage which causes premature ageing and because I don't tan easily. I'm the type who just burns bright red like a cooked lobster then my skin turns dry and wispy, peels off and I am left pale again. The only part of me that really gets a lot of sun is my arms. Unfortunately, if I then wear a vest I tend to look like I'm wearing fawn coloured gloves up to my upper arms as I'm still milk bottle white where my t-shirt sleeves have been. I caught sight of myself in the mirror recently and was a bit dismayed. I have a big event to go to in July and I don't want people to ...  Read the complete review

I have dark hair so usually look really pale which can be a bit annoying. Every now and again, i will use a spray tanning product to give myself a little bit of colour and make me feel a bit better about myself. I have used this product several times before. The product i am referring to is Loreals Sublime Bronze Self - Tanning Spray. It comes in a metal type upright tin and is 150 ml in weight. It costs around £8.99. There are different shades of this product that you can choose. I choose the lightest one as i didnt want to turn a tango orange colour but just wanted a nice light overall colour. I use this all over my whole body usually ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review L'Oréal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Spray: Loreal Fake Tan- Is it really sublime? (365 words)
by - written on 10/10/09 (Very useful, 50 readings)

I actually bought this product off a friend who had accidently bought the 'fair skin' colour instead of a darker one which she wanted! But I believe this product can be bought for around £9 if you look around but I think my friend bought it for about £12 which is somewhat more. As self tans go, the price is average I would say for a self tan of this quality. It promises to give an 'airbrush effect' which I don't think I would really agree with. The aerosol gives it this look but in actual fact, it is quite difficult to use and spray on- especially around the back on the legs and neck area. Also another problem about the 'fine mist' that it sends out is that ...  Read the complete review
