"A" magazine…NOT just "ANY" magazine. Yes, I have subscribed to this magazine well over two years now and can personally assure you this is one of the absolute best one's around. It provides helpful and innovative articles on various issues that we are faced with in everyday lives around the net. The software CD that comes along with the magazine highlights some of the popular programs that many of us shall use at some point in time.
The articles range from your day to day Internet Service Providers (ISP) listings to the more serious articles such as avoiding pornography on the internet to making your computer safer to hackers (firewalls, Anti-virus applications etc).
There is also a help section in the magazine that does provide some rather helpful links towards your general Internet Explorer problems, Web design problems and even some technical suggestions such as dial-up and networking issues.
I must say, no matter whether you are a beginner, intermediate or an expert user of the Internet, this magazine shall have something for everyone.
Though, I must say, from when the magazine was first released to what it is at present, the information provided (articles) has become lesser and the software selection provided is getting rather outdated. They also seem to be a lot more focussed on generating revenue from advertisements (almost a whole 10-15 pages of adverts) that provides little or no-benefit for readers who want to capture information. Nevertheless, get a few issues of this magazine and try out for yourself.
You can always stop buying this magazine if you get bored with it, though I have my doubts on that happening.
