The Nottingham Evening Post was established in 1878 and is a local daily newspaper costing 35p. It is available to people in Nottinghamshire and some parts of Derbyshire. You can buy the paper Monday - Saturday. There are two editions of the paper each day. One is available in the morning/afternoon and then another updated edition which is called the late final and is available in the evening. It covers the local news as well as some national news. It shows a three day outlook on the weather and information about roadworks. If you live in or around Nottingham then you will certainly be aware of the Nottingham Evening Post. Published six days of the week this really is the main local newspaper for this area. The paper costs 29p (home delivered copies are 24p) and is published in a tabloid format. There is some colour in the paper but it is primarily a traditional black and white paper. The paper has an excellent news reporting team and is able to cover almost any story that is happening in the area.
