Snarflebat Sainsburys The Magazine: ... s Magazine is the in-house glossy produced by Sainsbury s, one of the UK s largest retailers and it has this year received the accolade of winning Customer Magazine of the Year from the PPA awards for the third-time. Selling around 300,000 copies a month, this gorgeous A4 glossy has definitely shaped up to be a rival to other lifestyle and foodie magazines in the market. Sold at check-outs of Sainsbury s...

... The Journal is a local newspaper that covers Rhyl, Prestatyn and Abergele and the towns inbetween. It is owned by NWN Media Ltd - a big company that has a large portfolio of newspapers and magazines. I ve only just found out that is owned by a large company, and feel a little betrayed really seeing as The Journal s tagline is Proud to be local - I always kind of assumed that is was a small operation. Anyway, my experiences of The Journal... I left Rhyl 3 years ago, having lived there for 23 years, and remember The Journal pushed through our letterbox every wednesday evening from a young age. In the past it has served as: A great source of information (cinema li...

Gaven News of the World
... a waste of paper this is. Essentially an extended version of the Sun newspaper it is dulled down even more for a Sunday. I ll not consider all of the TV/Celebrity magazines that are invariably included in it. ... My name is SWSt* and I am a retro gaming addict." It may sound strange to you, but there is a massive community out there who can t be doing with your Bioshock 97 and Call of Duty 72 on yer newfangled X-Station 3 and yer MicroSony Wee. For them, the games of the 80s and 90s are best. What they lacked in graphics and sound, they made up for in game play and imagination. And, like any specialist interest group, there is a monthly magazine - Retro Gamer - to cater for them. Every so often RG produces a "bookazine" - a compilation of selected articles from previous issues. The latest is Retro Gamer Collection Vol. 3, which contains articles from ...
